WHAT IS SCOTTISH TOURISM MONTH
Tourism Month takes place in March every year, coordinated by the Scottish Tourism Alliance (STA).
The aim of Scottish Tourism Month is to engage, connect and inspire all of Scotland’s tourism businesses and organisations, and of course to celebrate the enormous contribution of our tourism industry to Scotland’s economy.
During March, Scotland’s tourism industry comes together to host a variety of sectoral, destination and business events under the Scottish Tourism Month banner.
Our mantra of ‘Tourism is everyone’s business’ is the driver behind the month long event and Tourism Month is your opportunity to get involved in these networking events and tourism conversations happening all over the country and to take inspiration and knowledge from some of the tourism world’s leading figures who will be joining us next March.
Whether you’re an individual, tourism business, public or private sector organisation, you’ll find a number of ways to get involved in this hugely important and inspirational nationwide event.

STA SIGNATURE SESSIONS
13 & 14 March 2019
The must-attend for anyone working in Scotland’s tourism industry
Each year the STA hosts its Signature Conference during Tourism Month.
We are changing our style for STM2019, moving away from the traditional ‘all in one room for a day’ type conference format to deliver high calibre, impactful, exciting and inspiring timetable of Signature Sessions throughout the day.
The event is a ‘do not miss’ for tourism business owners, industry leaders, managers and suppliers to the industry.
