Terms and Conditions 

Payment

All delegate & exhibitor places MUST be paid for in FULL prior by 26th February 2018. Failure to complete payment by this date may result in refusal of access to the event.

Cancellations 

The following cancellation terms will apply:

Bookings cancelled before 14th January will be entitled to a 100% refund

Bookings cancelled between 15th – 31st January will be entitled to a 75% refund 

Bookings cancelled between 1st – 15th February will be entitled to a 50% refund.  

Cancellations after 15th February or ‘no show’ on the day will be subject to payment of the full fee, although places can be transferred.

All cancellations must be emailed direct to elaine.townsend@stalliance.co.uk; upon which an email acknowledgement of your request to cancel will be sent to you.  Please note to be assured we have processed your request you MUST be in receipt of this email acknowledgement from the STA office.
