We’re delighted to announce that this year we’ll be hosting a series of business advisory workshops offering STA Conference delegates a new opportunity to receive expert advice.
The workshop stream has been developed in line with the ‘Big Five Questions’, a programme that was developed by the Scottish Tourism Alliance, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Government, Skills Development Scotland, HIE and Visit Scotland to provide tourism businesses with tailored support for growing their businesses.
The workshops will follow the Big Five Questions themes of ‘Your Costs’, ‘Your Customer’, ‘Your Digital’, ‘Your People’, ‘Your Voice’, delivering professional advice on topics such as managing your utilities and reducing your costs, GDPR, meeting the expectations of the Chinese and other international markets, HR efficiency, Modern Apprenticeships and communicating and engaging with policy makers.
